The spotless, well-organized open kitchen immediately impressed us. We shared several dishes, with the tuna crisp, ricotta-filled squash blossom, hot dog panini, and sweet corn agnolotti standing out. The red snapper and Wagyu short rib were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. A creative and delicious experience!

A fantastic dinner from start to finish. The katsu sandwich was delicious, and the perfectly cooked porterhouse was the highlight. Great sides, an indulgent chocolate profiterole, and outstanding service from Paul made the evening truly memorable !
